Refund & Returns Policy – Grace Measure

We understand that purchasing lighting is a deeply personal decision—one that impacts the comfort and mood of your space. That’s why Grace Measure offers a return and refund policy designed for peace of mind and thoughtful resolution.

Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. To qualify, the returned item must be:

  • In original, unused condition

  • With all original packaging and protective materials intact

  • Free from installation marks, scratches, or signs of use

  • Not marked as a non-returnable item (e.g., clearance, final sale, or custom pieces)

How to Initiate a Return

Please email [email protected] with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

We will reply with return authorization and instructions. Unapproved returns may be declined.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We’ll also send an email confirmation once the process is complete.

Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Attach clear photos and a description of the issue. We’ll review your case and arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be marked “final sale” or “non-returnable” on their product pages. These include:

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Clearance or discounted sale items

Return Shipping

Unless your return is due to an error or defect, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery of your return.

Late or Missing Refunds

If more than 10 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If the issue persists, contact us and we’ll assist promptly.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, fulfillment may have started and cancellations may no longer be possible.
