At Grace Measure, we believe that receiving your order should be as calm and seamless as the products we design. Our shipping process is thoughtfully structured to ensure your lighting arrives safely, efficiently, and without unnecessary complication.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the time of purchase. Our team conducts a final quality inspection before packaging your items with care. Orders placed during weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Please note: Some items may require additional preparation time if made to order, which will be clearly stated on the product page.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer both standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are as follows:
Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days
International Shipping: 7–20 business days (subject to regional customs processing)
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. This allows you to follow your parcel every step of the way.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on your destination and the total weight and dimensions of your order. Occasionally, we run free shipping promotions for qualifying orders—these will be clearly indicated during checkout.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Damaged Items in Transit
Should your order arrive with visible damage, kindly email us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will assist you with a replacement or refund, depending on the extent of the issue.
Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages based on availability or warehouse location. You will not incur any additional charges for split shipments.
Changes or Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order after it’s been placed, please reach out within 12 hours. After that, your order may already be in transit and no longer eligible for changes.
